The short version, in case you only have a minute.

Book a 60-minute Swedish or Relaxation Massage for your first visit — light to medium pressure, easy to enjoy. Call (818) 877-8600 for current pricing. Chat with us your name, the service, and a rough time; a real person replies in minutes. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, change in a private room under a sheet, and the therapist returns once you're ready. Tipping is appreciated but not required.

If your shoulders or back feel tight, ask about Deep Tissue or Stress Relief instead. Same price, firmer pressure on the spots that need it.

Quick reset

Works well for one focused area — neck and shoulders, lower back, or feet. A short slot that still leaves you noticeably lighter.

Couples Massage is 60 minutes for two guests in our shared suite. Call (818) 877-8600 for current pricing. Tax included on every service; tipping is appreciated but never required.

Your first visit

What to expect on your first time massage visit.

Five steps from the front door to walking back out. Nothing surprising.

01

Arrive 5–10 minutes early

Pull up to 11659 Sherman Way — right on Sherman Way, easy to spot from the street. Park in front of our door — it's free. Come in and we'll greet you at the front desk.

02

A few quick questions

We ask about injuries, pressure preference, and any spots to avoid. Tell us if you'd like the diffuser on, music off, or the room warmer. It's your hour.

03

Into a private room

Your therapist steps out while you change to your comfort level — most guests keep underwear on — and lie under the sheet on the table. A knock before they come back in. You stay covered the whole session; only the area being worked on is exposed.

04

The massage

Speak up at any point if pressure is too much, the room is too cool or warm, or you want to skip an area. Therapists prefer it — your feedback is what makes the session right.

05

Take your time leaving

Sit up slowly. We'll offer water or tea in the lounge. Pay at the front desk by card or cash; tipping is on the receipt if you'd like. That's it — no upsell, no pressure to schedule next.

What should I wear, and how should I prepare?

Wear whatever's comfortable for the drive — sweats, jeans, anything. In the room, you change to your comfort level. Most guests keep underwear on, some don't — both are normal. You're under a sheet the entire time, only the area being worked on is uncovered. The therapist never sees more than the body area they're working on. For Shiatsu Massage, you stay fully clothed in loose pants — bring or wear something stretchy.

How to book

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Both work. A quick text saves the trip if we're full.

Chat to book your massage appointment.

Text (818) 877-8600 with your name, the service you'd like, and a rough time. A real person replies in minutes and confirms the room. A same day massage appointment is usually open on weekdays before 4 pm. Evenings and weekends fill faster — a quick chat ahead is the easiest way in. Walk-ins are welcome when a room is open.

Open 10:00 am – 9:30 pm · Daily. Last reservation usually around 8 pm.

The room

Common questions

Quick answers to first-visit questions.

Eight things first-time guests usually ask before walking in.

How much is a massage at Cozy Massage Spa?
We offer 30-minute and 60-minute sessions for any of our six single-guest services — Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Shiatsu Massage, and Stress Relief. Couples Massage is 60 minutes with two therapists. Call for current pricing — tax is included. See the Service page for full details.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when a room is open. A quick text or call is the easiest way to lock a time — same-day slots are usually open before 4 pm on weekdays. Evenings and weekends fill faster, so chat ahead if you have a specific time in mind.
What should I wear or bring?
Bring nothing special — we provide everything. In the room, you change to your comfort level (most guests keep underwear on) and lie under the sheet. You stay covered the whole session; only the area being worked on is exposed.
How long should a massage be for a first visit?
60 minutes is the most common first choice — long enough for a full-body session without rushing. Pick 30 minutes if you only want one focused area worked on, or a 60-minute deep-pressure option for a thorough unwind. Chat us if you're not sure.
Swedish vs Deep Tissue — which one should I pick?
Swedish uses light to medium pressure and is the easiest first-time pick — calm pace, full body, nothing intense. Deep Tissue uses firmer pressure on tight spots like shoulders, lower back, or hips. If pressure feels too strong at any point, just say so — therapists adjust on the fly.
How much should I tip a massage therapist?
Tipping is appreciated but never required. The price you see is the price you pay either way — therapists never bring it up, no envelope, no pressure.
Are you open late?
Yes — open 10:00 am to 9:30 pm, daily. Last reservations are usually 8 pm. Weeknight 6 to 8 pm slots fill first; message us by mid-afternoon to lock a time.
Is tipping required?
Never required, always appreciated. You can tip in cash or on the card at checkout if you'd like — no pressure either way.
Still have questions before you visit?
Easiest is to chat us — a real person replies in minutes. Or read more about the store and team, see the rooms in our gallery, or browse our blog for service comparisons and tips.
